DESCRIPTION: Our team specializes in working with new construction, relocations, second homes and investment properties. We're growing, so need a dynamic, smart, outgoing Lead Buyer Specialist who also understands and values the use of emerging media in business. Licensee must have at least 3 years as a full time real estate agent with at least 1 year experience as an investor. You demand excellence from yourself, are a self-starter and love to learn.
CORE DUTIES: Hire, train, and manage the assistant and buyer agent team per the team's vision, mission, values and beliefs. Achieve minimum 80% buyer conversion rates from initial calls, obtain buyer agent agreements from at least 65% of buyers who complete a consultation, and close at least 80% of accepted contracts. Implement and manage 12x12, 12-Direct, and 33 touch systems for buyers. Keep the buyer business on track by managing our database, systems and schedules daily.
